NEW YORK, March 8, 2016 –  Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, will publish Amy Schumer’s THE GIRL WITH THE LOWER BACK TATTOO by Emmy-winning actress, director, and comedian Amy Schumer on August 16, 2016, it was announced today by Jennifer Bergstrom, Publisher.

THE GIRL WITH THE LOWER BACK TATTOO will feature personal and observational stories from Schumer that range from the raunchy to the romantic, the heartfelt to the harrowing.

Bergstrom acquired US, Canada, Open Market, and audio rights from David Kuhn at Kuhn Projects.  THE GIRL WITH THE LOWER BACK TATTOO will be available as an audiobook from Simon & Schuster Audio, read by the author. Alison Callahan, executive editor, is editing the book.
