NEW YORK, May 7 —Charlamagne Tha God, co-host of the nationally syndicated iHeartRadio program The Breakfast Club, television and media personality, and New York Times bestselling author, will publish his next highly anticipated book Shook One: Anxiety Playing Tricks On Me with Touchstone in October 2018.  Following the publication of his instant New York Times bestseller Black Privilege: Opportunity Comes to Those Who Create It (Touchstone, 2017), Shook One will reveal how anxiety has been a damaging and yet motivating force in Charlamagne’s life since childhood, and how readers too, can harness anxiety’s power to accomplish personal goals.

Throughout his life, Charlamagne Tha God has been plagued by fears and self-doubt: fear of being unpopular at school, falling into a life of crime, failing as a husband, as a father, and fear of failure itself.
