Gallery Books to Publish Matt Rife Memoir, Your Mom’s Gonna Love Me

New York, July 30, 2024—Matt Rife, the most talked about comedian in America, will publish his memoir YOUR MOM’S GONNA LOVE ME with Gallery Books, a division of Simon & Schuster. The book is scheduled to be released on December 3, 2024.

In his memoir, Rife reveals without apology everything that led him to becoming comedy’s biggest lightning rod before he reached 30. Opening up about his life for the very first time, Rife will cover everything from his rough Ohio upbringing, playing comedy’s biggest stages before he graduated high school, rap battles with ex-cons, his own battles with depression, his many brushes with failure before finally hitting it big & more.

In his brand of razor-sharp and brutally honest delivery, this is one part memoir, one part comedy special, one part crazy first date.

About publishing his memoir Rife said, “I’m excited for this book to give fans a new medium to get to know me and my journey on a deeper, more personal level. I pushed for more smut, but the publishers said No.”

Executive Editor James Melia and Assistant Editor Kimberly Laws acquired World rights from Anthony Mattero of CAA. Simon & Schuster Audio will simultaneously publish the audio book which will be narrated by the author.
