Simon & Schuster and Health Communications Inc. in International Distribution Agreement

NEW YORK, February 12— Simon & Schuster, Inc., announced today that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Health Communications Inc. (HCI). Under the agreement, beginning May 1, 2019, Simon & Schuster will handle sales, distribution and print and digital fulfillment for HCI titles in the United States and markets and territories worldwide.
